On Full-Service, we apply with a private email address made just for your job search. Employers’ replies come to us first: we handle the verification codes, filter the newsletters and pass on what matters — interview requests, offers and updates.
How it works
Step 1
You get a private address
A plain, personal-looking address set up for your applications. It doesn’t mention us, and your own email never goes on an application.
Step 2
We apply with it
A person on our team submits each application you approve, on the employer’s own site, with your private address on the form.
Step 3
Replies come to us first
Account activations and verification codes are handled while we finish your applications. Newsletters and job alerts are filtered out.
Step 4
You see what matters
Interview requests, offers and updates land in your dashboard, and interview requests and offers also reach your own email as a heads-up.

Questions
- Will I miss an email from a recruiter?
- No. A person on our team looks at everything that arrives and passes on anything about your applications. Interview requests and offers also come to your own email as a heads-up as soon as we pass them on.
- How do I reply to an employer?
- Open the email in your dashboard and use Reply: it opens your own email app with the employer’s address and subject filled in.
- Can employers tell I used a service?
- Your application is yours: your name, your answers and your résumé, submitted by a person on the employer’s own site. The private address is a plain address that doesn’t mention CareerPlate.
- Is it on every plan?
- It’s part of Full-Service, where we submit applications for you. On Self-Serve, you apply yourself with your own email.
- What happens if I cancel?
- We stop submitting new applications right away. Emails already received are deleted 180 days after they arrive, or sooner if you delete your account.
